Text Messaging Services, WhatsApp for Business & Quote Follow Ups
How do your customers want to hear from you? When communicating with customers (be it new enquiries, or for other reasons), it’s important to consider what is the most effective way of doing this.
Do they prefer, or are they more likely to read a text message over an email? Or would they prefer WhatsApp? 75% of adults in the UK have used WhatsApp in the last 3 months, and around two thirds of UK adults (65%) say that WhatsApp is their main online communication service.
Or how about personalised videos?
Are we taking enough advantage of the available communication tools that technology provides?
This session will explore three topics:
- Text messaging services - Integrated vs Non Integrated? What type of communication it is used for? The pros and cons
- WhatsApp Business - What is it being used for? How does it work? The pros and cons. Standard WhatsApp for business, and the upgraded version
- Live Switch Video Use - LiveSwitch is well used in Self Storage in the US as a form of ‘live chat’ integrated in to websites, for quote follow ups, internal operations including remote management, virtual customer check outs and for maintenance purposes. In the UK however, it is not yet widely used.
We’ll explore the features of LiveSwitch which include: - Allowing businesses to easily initiate or receive a video call with someone globally through a QR code, text message, or website form
- Does not require either person to download any software or app or buy any new hardware
- Works across any type of phone, tablet or laptop
- All interactions can be recorded, easily accessed, and searched through a centralised library
- Will video be the next big thing to take off in UK in Self Storage?
Speakers on this Educational Session will be presenting their own experiences of using FireText, WhatsApp for Business and other technology to try and improve quote conversion rates, customer satisfaction, chasing debt and overall efficiency.
We’ll also have a demo of LiveSwitch and the chance to ask questions.
