Accommodation
Accommodation at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole is not included in the ticket price. However, we have arranged a special rate with the venue for all conference attendees booking rooms arriving from 14-18 May 2023 inclusive.
Single occupancy rooms are available at our special rate of £168 inc. VAT and double/twin occupancy rooms at £192 inc. VAT. Both include access to the fitness centre and pool. However, for members attending both days of the conference or just day two, breakfast must be taken in the trade show. If taken in the hotel restaurant, the hotel reserves the right to make an additional charge.
Note: the special rate only includes certain room types. Other room types are available but will be charged at the hotel rack rate.
