Security is always a hot topic and there are many security issues to consider and manage from store to cyber ensuring we remain fully protected from all potential threats.
Our Security meetings will offer a platform for members to look at how best to improve industry security and consider risk and compliance. We will discuss due diligence and raise awareness of the impact and implications of cyber security. Join us whilst we evaluate new technology in security and discuss the current issues members face.
Chaired by Barry Rimmer and John D'Aprano from PTI Security Systems, two well-known faces within the industry. They bring a wealth of experience to this Sector Forum to support members with the challenges of industry security.
Held 2-3 times a year, these complimentary to attend meetings are designed for SSA UK members only. Currently, all meetings will be held online via Zoom.

- How to leverage the systems you already have installed.
- A look into the future and some of the up and coming technology we may see coming into the Self Storage Industry.
Following a review of some of the best and newest sites in the Self Storage, John D’Aprano looks at the security measures that help keep these sites protected.
Looking at the systems installed, John describes how integration of the systems can maximise the benefits for security.
With an eye on the future the panel of industry professionals debate the future security innovations that may start to become common place in the self storage sites of the future.
