1. Ask your supervisor or line manager to log in to the website. Their login is needed to complete the Charter section of the application form and confirm your organisation's support of your YSN membership.
2. Fill in all your details on the Application Form and ask your supervisor to fill in their details on the Charter.
3. Click Submit.
